Rihanna and Chris Brown are not back together, but they are now connected online. TMZ discovered that the exes have recently began following each other on Twitter! It's certainly a big deal that they've come this far, considering the terrible conditions of their breakup and the aftermath, but people need not look too far into this amicable move. They're probably not even really talking, unless you count the ability to read each other's 140-character musings as "talking."
And Rihanna was quick to squash any notion that they could be getting back together. When a fan tweeted to ask if she was dating Chris again, RiRi tweeted back "its fu**in twitter, not the alter! calm down." There you have it.
The Twitter hookup comes a couple of months after a judge lifted a restraining order against Brown, giving him the freedom to have contact with the Barbadian beauty.
So far, it doesn't seem as though Chris and Rihanna have traded any tweets. And, for the record: Rihanna follows 384 people while Chris follows 644.
